Our chair Dr.Kiyonobu Itakura passed away on 7th February 2018.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our chair Dr.Kiyonobu Itakura. The advocate of Hypothesis-Experiment Class, the chair of the Association for the studies in HEC, passed away on Wednesday morning 7th February 2018.
